Digital Marketing Manager: £36k – £40k
We are an award-winning, full-service marketing communications agency using insights to help brands make a positive difference. We have a wide variety of clients across Construction, Leisure & Hospitality, NHS, Not-For-Profit, Private Equity and beyond. This role will be based at our Northern Quarter office in Manchester.
As our digital offering continues to expand and develop, we are looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager who is ambitious to take the next step in their career. This role has a very clear career trajectory to Digital Marketing Lead and offers the right person the chance to grow and create a larger digital team within the agency.
Core responsibilities
- Managing planning and delivery of multiple paid media accounts across Meta & LinkedIn
- Strategic planning across Display and Paid Search accounts
- Continual optimisation of campaigns through testing to increase account performance
- Producing and presenting reports on paid media activity to internal teams
- There will be some client facing elements to this role so an ability to present digital findings and strategies is required.
- Line management of junior members of the digital team.

Your skills & experience:
- 2+ years paid media experience – either agency or in house – with background in delivering paid media strategies.
- Strong knowledge of meta & LinkedIn
- Knowledge of Display and PPC is advantageous
- A strong commercial acumen and results driven
- Previous experience of planning, forecasting and budgeting
